Refund & Return Policy

Does your online store purchase not meet your expectations? After receiving your order you have 14 days to return your order. The online return form must be completed for this.

Below we explain how you can return the products.


You can exchange or return an item within 14 days of receiving the item. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. The item must be returned to us undamaged, unused, clean and if reasonably possible in the original packaging. You may not use the item or remove labels or price tags if you wish to return the item. Returned items are checked for this upon arrival. When exchanging an item, we kindly ask you to return the ordered item and order the desired item again. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Complete online return form

First, fill in the return form completely. You will then receive a confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address you specified that your return has been registered. Here we ask you to print out the return form and send it along with the order so that we know who the return comes from.

Send Returns

The costs for returning an item are for your own account. Every return shipment must be sent with a track and trace code so that you can check where your shipment is. Returns without a track and trace code and without a printed return form will not be accepted.

No standard package? For furniture not in a package, a return address will be sent for return.

  • Print the return form (you will receive this from us by e-mail after approval.
  • Place the return form with return item(s) in the original packaging.
  • Send the package to our address with a track and trace code so that you can check where your shipment is. Returns without a track and trace code will not be accepted.
  • Larger furniture (not in a package) cannot be sent to our standard return address, you will receive a return address from us for this.
