Your privacy is of great importance to Golden Stay Shop. We therefore adhere to the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do at the webshop www.goldenstay.shop with information that we learn about you.

Use of personal data
When using our web store, we receive the following information about you:

Your name and address

• Billing address
• E-mail address
• Payment details
• IP address

The law calls this “personal data” and says we can only use it if we explain exactly why and for what reason. You can read this below.

We do not pass on your personal data to other companies or authorities, except if this is necessary for the webshop or if the law says that this is necessary. An example is that if we suspect fraud, we may report it to the police.

Your account
You must first register for certain parts of our webshop. You will then need to provide information about yourself and choose a username. We use this to create an account, which you can log in to with that username and a password of your choice. We keep this information so that you do not have to fill it in again and again and so that we can approach you more easily if necessary at the webshop.

We keep this information for as long as your account exists. You can change information via your account whenever you want.

Handling order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. We keep this information for as long as necessary to process the order, and then until the warranty has expired. We keep some information longer because it is required by law. For example, we must keep proof of your purchase and your invoice from the tax authorities for seven years.

Commercial break
We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. This is what we do:

You can object to this advertising at any time. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option.

Contact form and Newsletter
With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. You have to fill in certain information. We keep this until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily access the information for follow-up questions. We can also train our customer service to become even better.
You can subscribe to our newsletter. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. You can also pass this on via your account.
Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission.

Provision to other companies or institutions
Under no circumstances will we give your personal data to other companies or institutions, except if this is necessary for our web shop or if we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police demands this in the event of a suspicion of a crime).
Some partners are located outside the European Union.
Social media buttons are included in our webshop. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.

Cookies
Our web store uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so that you do not have to fill it in every time. But we can also see that you visit us again.
When you visit our webshop for the first time, we show a message with an explanation about cookies. If you continue to use our webshop, we will assume that you do not object to the cookies.
You can disable the placing of cookies via your browser, but some things in our webshop will no longer work properly.
We have made agreements with other companies that place cookies about the use of cookies. However, we do not have full control over what they do with the cookies themselves. So also read their privacy statements.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our web store. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google. It contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep. We allow Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We do not allow Google to anonymize the IP addresses.

hotjar

Security of personal data is of great importance to us.

Changes to this privacy statement
When our webshop changes, we must of course also adjust the privacy statement. So always pay attention to the date above and check regularly for new versions. We will do our best to announce changes separately.
